It doesn't charge properly, what a shame!! It turned out to be defective. Sad about the purchase😔

Everything seems fine.

Poor quality plastic material, the power cable broke while trying to insert it into the USB-C port which turned out to be defective. Still fun for the cats.

To move it, it moves; the ball doesn't get stuck anywhere. If it does get stuck, let it go and it will come off. The item is identical to the description, charging via USB. The only small drawback is that the string gets stuck between the ball and the handle.
